https://www.paypal.com is one among the most reliable International Money-Transfer Networks. It is used to send and receive money by customers worldwide. “Safer, Easier, Quicker, and no refunded” online money sending is what customers find at PayPal.
2. Xoom Online Money Transfer (with credit cards, relatively cheap transfer fee, minimum transfer amount of US$25):
The “https://www.xoom.com/sendmoneynow/signUp.xoom” sign-up process is very quick and easy. - Sending money is also relatively simple. Just provide full recipient’s information. - The fees are quite reasonable. Note: We will provide you with our Xoom recipient’s details at the time of booking confirmation.
3. Western Union: Western Union (Quick, famous): Settle the Payment by use:
http://www.westernunion.com/info/selectCountry.asp (You can use cash, credit card, your bank account or cheques - the service fees at your side). Note: We will send you our recipient’s details and then will need the control number from you in order to finalize the receipt of payment.
Before settling the payment, please note that you must inform us once the payment is made as we will base on your payment notice to send you the Pre-approved Letter with code for Visa-on-Arrival (we will send it to you by email with JPEG or PNG format after receiving your payment). You can not enter Vietnam without the letter.

- You pay us the service fee (as in column “Service Fee” in “Pricing” section) ONLY.
- Stamping fee (as in column “Stamp Fee” “Pricing” section) will be paid at the airport for visa stamped on your passport.
- When you pay by Xoom.com or Western Union, you will be paid for sending fee;
